HEAT & HOLD Rethermalization Drawer

NEW addition to the Hot Dog Equipment family! The Heat & Hold Drawer fits under the roller grill and heats the product so it is ready to sell when placed on the roller grill. With this new piece of equipment from Nemco, you are never out of hot dogs or other roller grill items to sell! The unit comes with two adjustable bime-tallic thermostats that are located behind the door on the side panel. These thermostats come factory preset with a heat tem-perature of 290°F and a hold temperature of 175°F. The unit is equipped with a 0-60 minute timer that drops the unit from the heat to the hold cycle after the set heat time has expired. The roller grills must be on 4” legs; all production of roller grills from Sept. 1st, 2011 are equipped to use 4” legs (purchased separate-ly). Roller grills already in the field must be retrofit with a stand. (See attached spec sheet).
