NEW and IMPROVED Roller Grill Components!
The NEW Grease Seal features:
· Seals tightly against the roller to keep grease from entering between the seal and the roller.
· Utilizes a face-seal to keep grease from entering between the seal and the bearing.
· Made of high-temperature, food safe, silicone compound.
The NEW Bearing features:
· Heat zones are now color-coded to see at a glance which rollers are in each zone.
· The front zone is designated by black while the rear zone is designated by white. (On the 8075, there are 4 zones and they alternate colors starting with black for the front)
The above changes give the roller grill a longer life due to less build- up inside the end frame.
The “Old Style” had a white bearing on all the rollers and a heat shrink grease seal. The “New Style” has either a white or black bearing with a new black grease seal.
